If it had the LT1, its a definite NP. with the 4.3L, its probably still NP but not by much

Increase your budget by approximately 3x if you want something that can 'stop, turn or take off in a hurry' with this mileage on it. No one cares enough about you and your car to even ask what's under the hood when they see it, and the folks who do (like everyone else in this thread) will still think $2k for whats on display here is still a good deal.

Yep. The 4.3 V8 is a weird and underperforming motor. For the same power, I'd rather have the old reliable V6 as well.
